Pricing Breakdown

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 6/24/2024 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after 6/24/2024 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given after the event has commenced.  No refunds will be given unless specifically requested.  In the case of a state-declared natural emergency, a full refund will be issued.  Refund requests due to personal medical emergencies shall be considered based on documentation.  In such instances, a full refund may be issued.  Refunds will only be made on registration fees paid to NCWM.

Room Rate: $137 (Prevailing Government Per Diem)

We encourage attendees to reserve rooms well before this date because our room block will sell out!  There is no harm in reserving a room before you are certain you will attend.  As long as you cancel your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy takes effect you will not be charged.  Avoid the unnecessary headache of our room block being sold out by proactively reserving your room well in advance.

Join us for an evening at the ultimate music destination, the world’s one and only Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  We have the entire museum to ourselves so get ready to immerse yourself in the six levels of exhibits spotlighting our favorite artists spanning many generations.  We’ll meet in the hotel lobby at 5:45 pm to load the coach buses for the short drive to the museum.  You will want to allow plenty of time for exploring the museum, so grab a refreshment from the open bar, a bite to eat from one of the food stations, and begin your journey through the 55,000 square feet of exhibition space that rises above the shores of Lake Erie.  Coach buses will transfer us back to the hotel until 9:30 pm.  Buses with at least half the seats full will return as early as 8:30 pm.  Learn more about Rock Hall here!  Casual attire suggested.

Driving your own vehicle?  All self- parkers will pull into the garage which is connected to the hotel, located on W.3rd Superior. When you enter the garage, pull up to the machine, push the button for a ticket, and the gate will lift.  Then head straight up the parking ramp to the 2nd and 3rd floor which is available for parking. At check-in, hotel agents will ask about parking, and room keys will be activated to swipe in and out of the garage.  The discounted NCWM rate of $24/day will be added to the guest room billing.  On departure day, guests need to keep at least one room key to exit the garage and there is a drop box to place key in when exiting.
